Seller and invoicing
The seller is Wang Qiyuan (individual), which is not the same legal entity as the corporate operator of this site (Mingxin (Tianjin) Semiconductor Equipment Co., Ltd.); we state that distinction plainly. Creem acts as Merchant of Record: it collects payment, issues the invoice, and handles VAT/GST calculation and filing worldwide. Creem is the name that appears on your invoice and bank statement.
Payment methods
Checkout accepts credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, on mobile and desktop. WeChat Pay and Alipay are not supported — that is a real limit of the current provider and we will not overstate it. Buyers in mainland China without an international card can email support@mingxinstorage.xyz and we will send the report manually at no extra charge.
Licence and refunds
The licence covers individual research use; resale and redistribution are not permitted. Digital goods are treated as delivered once downloaded. If a file is corrupt, cannot be opened, or does not match the description on this site, we refund in full. Email support@mingxinstorage.xyz and we reply within 3 business days. Full terms are in the terms of service and privacy policy.
What we do not sell
V1 and V2 of the Kimi K2.7 traffic-sourcing feasibility study were overturned by our own V3 revision (the performance anchor was overstated and the gross-margin conclusion flipped sign), so they are not offered for sale: material we know to be wrong must not be sold. Reports that judge the investment merits of a specific listed company are likewise withheld — in China that content may fall under securities investment advisory licensing.
