1. Scope

These terms cover all content and services at mingxinstorage.xyz and its sub-paths. By accessing or using this site you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

2. Content licence

We welcome and encourage citation and republication of this site's content, including crawling and citation by search engines and AI answer engines, provided that you:

• attribute the source as "Xinyuanyi" and keep a clickable link to the original page;
• do not distort or strip the qualifying labels on any figure (the distinction between measured, vendor-specified and estimated);
• do not use the content for false advertising, unfair comparison or otherwise misleading commercial purposes.

Trademarks, brand marks and product design rights are reserved. The benchmark code is licensed separately under the open-source licence in its repository:mingxin-kvcache-bench.

3. How performance data is qualified

Every performance claim on this site is labelled with its source and basis. Measured figures come from signed or officially issued third-party test reports. Each report’s scope, test platform and headline measurements are published free of charge in theEvidence Libraryand can be checked there directly; the report PDF itself (full method, per-step raw data, charts, screenshots and signatures) is obtained per report for a fee — see section 4. Vendor-specified and estimated figures are labelled as such. Performance depends on the specific hardware configuration, model and deployment shape, so your results may differ — we recommend validating through a joint test rather than adopting our numbers directly.

4. Paid access to report PDFs

4.1 Who sells them

Report PDFs are sold by Wang Qiyuan (individual), which is not the same legal entity as the corporate operator of this site (Xinyuanyi (Tianjin) Semiconductor Equipment Co., Ltd.). We state that distinction plainly to avoid any misunderstanding. Creemacts as Merchant of Record: it collects payment, issues the invoice, and handles VAT/GST calculation and filing in each jurisdiction; the name on your invoice and bank statement is Creem’s. This site never sees or stores a card number or any payment credential.

4.2 Price and payment methods

Prices are those shown on thepricing page, denominated in US dollars. Checkout accepts credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. WeChat Pay and Alipay are not supported — that is a real limit of the current provider and we will not overstate it. Buyers without an international card can email support@mingxinstorage.xyz and we will deliver manually at no extra charge.

4.3 Delivery

Delivery is immediate once the provider confirms payment: the page takes you straight to a download page and the same link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout. The link is valid for 7 days from payment and allows up to 10 downloads. If it expires or the count runs out, email us with your payment address or order number and we will reissue it free of charge: you have already paid, and we will not charge you twice.

4.4 Licence granted

You receive a non-exclusive licence for individual or internal organisational research use: you may keep and print the files and cite them in internal technical evaluation and procurement justification. You may not resell, redistribute, upload them anywhere third parties can download them, or remove the signatures, stamps and provenance marks. When citing figures from a report you must keep their qualifying labels and test conditions — the same requirement as section 2 places on site content. Purchase transfers no copyright.

4.5 Refund policy

A digital product is treated as delivered once downloaded, so a no-reason return generally does not apply. In the following cases we refund in full, with no argument:

• the file is corrupt, cannot be opened, or its content does not match the page description or the free summary;
• you were charged twice, or payment succeeded but we failed to deliver;
• you change your mind before downloading any file.

Send refund requests to support@mingxinstorage.xyz with your order number or payment address. We respond within 3 business days (usually the same day). Refunds are returned by the Merchant of Record, Creem, to the original payment method; arrival time depends on your card issuer. If we fail to respond in time, you may also contact Creem directly. Download access closes when a refund is issued.

4.6 Revocation of access

We reserve the right to revoke a download grant if the link is circulated publicly or used for bulk scraping. Revocation never takes back files you already obtained legitimately; if the judgement was wrong, email us and we will restore access and explain what triggered it.

4.7 What we do not sell

To avoid misleading anyone, we state two categories that are never offered for sale: (1) V1 and V2 of the Kimi K2.7 traffic-sourcing feasibility study — their conclusions were overturned by our own V3 revision, and selling material we know to be wrong would not be honest; (2) reports that judge the investment merits of a specific listed company — selling that to the general public in China may fall under securities investment advisory licensing.

5. AI-generated content

Some articles, and the narration and visuals of all our videos, are AI-generated and disclosed prominently. What AI generates is the presentation, not the data: all figures originate from the reports above and pass a numeric allow-list check that forbids AI from introducing any figure not present in the reports. If you find a figure that disagrees with a report, tell us — we will correct it and record the correction on the page.

6. Our YouTube API client

We operate an internal-only publishing tool that uses YouTube API Services to upload our own videos to our own channel. It is not publicly accessible, accepts no third-party user logins, and accesses no other YouTube user's data. Its use is governed by theYouTube Terms of Service; the data boundaries are set out in section 3 of ourPrivacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

This site presents business-cooperation information and constitutes neither an investment offer nor any promise of returns. Measured data come from signed / official test reports (see the Evidence Library); vendor specs, public sources and estimates are labeled as such.

Content is provided "as is". We make every effort to keep information accurate and to correct errors promptly, but we accept no liability for commercial decisions made on the basis of information published here. Binding specifications, prices and delivery terms are those in a contract signed by both parties.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. For any question, objection or correction request, emailmingxin@agentmail.to(AI-monitored, 24/7) and we will answer you straight.

For anything to do with buying, downloading or refunding a report, use the dedicated support address support@mingxinstorage.xyz so we can locate your order faster. The sale described in section 4 is between the buyer and Wang Qiyuan (individual) / Creem. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in the buyer’s own jurisdiction.
