Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

This is a corporate information and technical-documentation site. We collect data in only three situations:

  1. Business enquiries you submit: the name, company, contact details and message you leave on ourcontact page. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent or share it with unrelated third parties.
  2. Referral statistics: when a visit arrives from an AI answer engine or a search-engine crawler, we record the date, the source name, the path visited and the User-Agent string, in order to measure how our content is cited. We do not record IP addresses, set tracking cookies, or build cross-site profiles.
  3. Delivery and open status of business email: for business email we send, we record whether it was opened and how many times, so we can throttle sending and avoid contacting the same person repeatedly. No IP address or location is recorded. Every message carries one-click unsubscribe, honoured immediately.
  4. Order data for paid report downloads: if you buy a report PDF we store your email address, order number, product code, amount and payment status, plus download records (time, which file, browser User-Agent string). The email address is used to send the download link and to handle refunds; the download records let us confirm delivery succeeded and detect links being circulated at scale. This site never receives or stores a card number, CVV or any payment credential — card data is handled entirely by the Merchant of Record, Creem, on its own checkout page. See section 3.

This site loads no third-party advertising or analytics trackers (no Google Analytics, no ad pixels). Public pages set no cookies for visitors; a single session cookie exists only in our internal admin backend, for staff sign-in.

2. Retention and deletion

Business-enquiry records are kept for no more than 24 months after the opportunity closes; referral statistics and email-status data retain only the minimum fields needed for aggregation and counting. You may emailmingxin@agentmail.toat any time to access, correct or delete information about you. After verifying your identity we complete the request and reply in writing within 30 days.

Order and download records follow different rules. Because of tax obligations and refund disputes, order records (email, order number, amount, payment status) are kept for 5 years, the shortest period in which we can still verify a past transaction honestly and a period commensurate with common bookkeeping requirements; detailed download records are deleted after 12 months. You may ask us to remove the email address from an order record (replacing it with an irreversible hash), but within the statutory retention period we cannot delete the amount and date of the transaction itself. We say so plainly rather than promise something we cannot deliver.

3. How payment is handled (we never see your card)

Report PDFs are sold by Wang Qiyuan (individual), which is not the same legal entity as the corporate operator of this site (Xinyuanyi (Tianjin) Semiconductor Equipment Co., Ltd.) — stated plainly; see section 4 of ourTerms of Service. Creem acts as Merchant of Record, handling collection, invoicing and VAT/GST filing. Concretely, the data flows like this:

  • When you click to download, we create a pending order in our own database (order number and product code) and send you to Creem’s own checkout page;
  • Card number, expiry, CVV and Apple Pay / Google Pay credentials pass only between Creem and its acquiring banks. They never reach our servers, and we have no technical means to obtain them;
  • After payment, Creem tells us — via a signed webhook — your email address, order number, amount, currency and payment status. Those fields only; no card data;
  • We then issue a download grant and email the link to that address. The files themselves live in private object storage and are served only through signed URLs valid for five minutes.

The Merchant of Record’s registered entity is Armitage Labs OÜ (Estonia, registry code 16977866), and its processing of your personal data is governed by its own privacy notice:creem.io/privacy (which states that it applies the GDPR and retains accounting data for 7 years under the Estonian Accounting Act). This means your email and billing details are processed by an entity in the EU. If you would rather your data were not processed outside your own jurisdiction, do not pay on this site — email us and we will deliver manually.

4. How we use YouTube API Services

We operate an internal-only publishing tool that uses YouTube API Services to upload our own technical videos to our own YouTube channel (@mingxinstorage). We state its data boundaries explicitly:

  • The tool is not publicly accessible: there is no sign-up and it accepts no third-party user logins.
  • It is authorised against our own channel only, using the single OAuth scopeyoutube.upload, granted by a Google account owned by the company.
  • We do not collect, obtain or store any other YouTube user's data. We do not read viewer information, comments, subscription relationships or audience data, and we create no derived metrics.
  • The only content the tool transmits to YouTube is the video file itself, its title, description, tags, and the required disclosure that the content is AI-generated.

Use of YouTube API Services is governed by theYouTube Terms of Service, and the associated data is handled by Google under theGoogle Privacy Policy. We can revoke the tool's access at any time via theGoogle security settings page; on revocation the stored credentials on our machine are deleted along with it.

5. AI-generated content disclosure

Some articles on this site, and the narration and visuals of our videos, are AI-generated, and this is labelled prominently on the relevant page. Every performance figure comes from a signed or officially issued third-party test report and is never generated by AI. Each report’s scope and headline measurements are published free of charge in theEvidence Libraryfor verification (the report PDFs themselves are obtained per report for a fee), and the benchmark suite is open source and reproducible.

6. Changes and complaints

If this policy changes materially we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. If you disagree with this policy or with how we handle data, emailmingxin@agentmail.toand we will answer you straight. See also ourTerms of Service.
